Fair usage policy
The limits that keep XervaAI fast and available for everyone.
Plans are for personal use
A plan is for one person. Sharing an account, reselling access, or putting it behind an app or service of your own isn't allowed.
No automated or bulk use
Scripts, bots, scraping and other automated traffic aren't permitted. The app is built for people typing and reading, and its limits assume that.
What we may do
To protect the service we may slow down, pause or limit usage that looks automated or abusive, or that puts unusual load on the models. If we think an account breaks this policy we'll contact the account email first where we can.
