Terms of Service

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• generate or distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• violate the acceptable-use or usage policies of the underlying model providers whose models you invoke.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require an account or a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Manage plan; access continues until the end of the current period. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice, which takes effect at your next renewal. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, files and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to the AI provider you select to generate a response. Subject to those providers' terms, outputs generated for you are yours to use. You're responsible for Your Content and for confirming you have the rights to submit it.

Third-party AI providers

The Service routes your requests to third-party model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others). Their processing of your data is governed by their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for the content those models produce.

Disclaimer & liability

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive — use your own judgment before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes & contact
